This looks legitimate. I can see how such a fast attack speed combined with the high crit chance and lifesteal values could make for a deadly combination. The masteries to match this build seem pretty obvious, the previous commenter must be either lazy or stupid. If your playstyle is as aggressive as you say, this seems not only viable, but incredibly effective. Thanks for sharing this!

no masteries and your ability sequence is messed up?

2 phantoms is not too much because if ur doin really well and get fed its ez+ u will have lifesteal to go jungle and u will have loads of run speed to jungle then help ur team out quick. i tryed my own strat 2 times.... so far and i went 22-10-14 and 24-6-6 so i liked it alot and since scion has his enrage u dont need damage early game. Try it trust me its good

You do know you have your skills set up all wrong... I just think you're a noob? Anyways 2 phantom dancer is expensive at the start and this is a carry build not good for Sion he should always be deadly at the start. I'll have to try it out but to be honest I know it won't work, you'll probbably be feeding at the start or not doing anything much....
I'll rate when I try it but it will probbably FAIL???????
