Honestly I probably should add an addendum in there that tear is plausible. This is mostly a soloQ build, and once you have Essence Reaver you shouldn't have mana issues. It's still a very serviceable 2nd or 3rd item, but I feel it pushes your early to mid game power spike back. Getting that Duskblade early just feels SO good vs squishy selfish soloQ players lol.
