Hello! Great guide, my friend! I would really like to see this guide completed!

As a novice Ryze player, I have a question: Why is Phase Rush his best keystone? I don't imagine that he needs to constantly stick to targets like Vladimir for example, or am I wrong?

Phase rush is important to escape ganks in laning phase allowing you to play aggressive in lane. Also it's very important for side laning if you don't have R or Phase rush side laning vs certain champions becomes impossible.
