Other tips: more appealing title like [5.10] DCANE (Top Lane Nasus Guide) so people don't think you're trolling (cause ur not :D). Also, it's good to know that if you want your champ matchups to look good; you're gonna need to add at least 10 or none at all

It's a decent guide but what stands out the most is your spell maximization..

You cannot max your (Q) or any basic spell more than 5 times; I think you meant to max

Q first (lvl 1,4,5,7,9)
W second (lvl 2,8,10,12,13)
E last (lvl 3,14,15,17,18)
R always (lvl 6,11,16)
