I am going to recommend several different builds for Alistar under the masteries, however as I've said and will continue to say, feel free to change this to fit your play style, there is no build that compliments everyone and there is no build that will guarantee a win every game. With that being said The trees that you invest in will largely be determined by your playstyle and opponent, and with S6 out there are several cool new masteries to try out on Alistar.
