this is a sejuani build for solo top.Sejuani can also play as jungler but in solo top she is good.I start with the regrowth pendant because she is a tank and she needs health regean and because she needs the filosopher stone for health and mp regen.I also buy the frozen heart for the mp the armor and the cd reduction because sejuani has moderate cds in her skills and this is also the reason i buy the shurelya's reverie.Warmog's is a classic tank item so i dont think i must explain why i buy it,i continue by buying the relai's crystal scepter for the health the ap and the slow it offers.So sejuani's slow is mortal for the enemies.I use the orsinary tank runes for health armor and m.ressist.For summoner's spells i take teleport because she is solo and ghost because she has the artic assault to use instead of flash and sejuani is a slow champ so i think she need's some speed.
