Sejuani is a powerful tank. I build her on healt becouse of her secound skill.You can do the Tornmail earlier but idk how you want.Guardian Angel gives you magic resist and armor.You can slow more your enemies with the Randuin's Omen or chase them with Shurelya's Reveries.
