I agree with Goose for the most part, your guide is very visually appealing, and your build is very good, but you lack some information.

How should you play Sejuani in a teamfight for example? The reader might not know how to effectively utilize her skills in order to benefit the team is the largest possible way. Additional options beyond your core for items and summoner spells would also be a very good idea. For instance, Flash and Exhaust are both viable alternatives to Ghost, and are taken by a lot of junglers. Even if you don't think they'll work, explain why, but leave the option open to people who prefer Flash over Ghost.

Nice work with the BBCoding though, not many people use it as effectively as you have here :D

Sejuani has actually decent AP scalings, considering all her abilities are AoE. RoA > chain vest+negatron > abbysal/zhonya > abbysal/zhonya > rylai > sunfire maybe.

Nice guide, would like to see it fleshed out a bit more with detail etc. But you covered the basics nicely :)
