As I've mentioned throughout my guide, Lulu is such an incredibly diverse champion and limiting her to one or 2 keystones in the new rune system is entirely impossible.
I've since had time to play her a lot more and I agree with you that Kleptomancy is probably the ideal for this particular build, as she trades a lot with auto attacks. Electrocute being equally viable in lanes you hard-bully. The Precision line is absolutely more of a damage-like build and I can recommend it for the BotRK + Runaan's Hurricane core build since it deals quite a bit more damage early, has more sustain, and will have a higher trade off with the better attack speed buffs.
I plan to make several more Lulu guides in the future to highlight what I believe to be her ideal builds in the current meta, as she's viable in just about all 3 of her primary positions (being Support, Mid and Top). Thanks for the feedback!
