Ability Order

Twitch Passive Ability

Introduction

Sewer twitch is very Strong late game one time I was 1 vs 3 and won with out being down to half health in a normal 5 vs 5. Also he gets fed super easily.

Runes

For marks i use flat damage runes. For seals i use attack speed. For glyphs i use critical strike chance. Lastly for quintessences i use flat health or life steal.

Skill Sequence

I would highly suggest getting ambush first for the attack speed boost and for bush checking. I could see you get ambush first though to maximize damage. I suggest getting slow last since he is such a high attack speed damage and speed champion. Also max ambush first for easy ganks and roaming.

Summoner Spells

For Spells i use ignite and flash. ignite with his poison does a lot of damage over time. Also just in case i suggest flash so if your being chased You pop ambush and flash and 9 out of 10 times you will live.

Summary

With this build you maximize your strength and attack speed. To do good u have to get early kills. Also late game you can kill every but tanks. If you vs a tanks bring back up.
