So for my rune I take more physical rune for do more dommage in the less of time possible.
So in marks, I take attack speed and attack domage.
In seal, I take armor because i need resistance if I'm gank and i don't have my Q ready im try to escape but with more chance to survive.
In Glyph, I take more a speed attack.
And finally, for my Quintesse i take attack domage and ability power.

I take more domage, and particualirary in physical or attack speed and finally I take utility for my buff and for the mana.

I take the lanterne first because of is unique passive and is life steal.
For boots of mobility, i can escape or go gank more faster.
For the bloodthirster, why I buy it so fast because you have more lifesteal and you do more dommage, and if you are low heath you can go kill minions in the jungle for have your life back.
Infinity of edge for the domage.
For the mana, attack speed and domage.
And Finnaly, I take frozen mallet for the health and for slow my ennemie

Pros: Good jungle
Skills does alot dommage.
very good for gank.

Cons:
Item need alot money
very hard to controle
