26/0/4 Beacuse you play both ad/ap you need as mutch dmg as possible on to them.

Two-Shiv Poison at lvl 1 because when you run away or try chasing anyone you just slow them and get the kill. I found this very use full at lvl 1. You will ask "Why you max out Deceive for your number 2 when you have lots of AP for jack in the box" Well you need decieve to max out your dmg with Lich bane and trinity force,

Ghost to run away while your slowed or used your deceive and its on cooldown.
Ignite to finish of kills or disable healers such as Taric or Soraka or just basic spell heal.
Other spells that i would recommend are Exhaust, Flash, Fortify, Cleanse

With this build i would recommend not solo layning because this build is great to solo champions but at start its not very offencive that is why you must play a little defensively untilll you get your 2 first items :)

With Eleisa's Miracle you can spam Two-Shiv Poison so you can last hit minions with that or just auto attack.
