Well I prefer ad shaco and that is what this guide is based off of. If you were to go AP your w would hurt more but i just would rather an AD.

Like all janglers you want to rock Smite and any other spell of your choice. I prefer having Smite and Flash. Shaco in a way already has a built in flash or his ''q'' so with his q and flash creates a great escape and makes him great for ganking.

Pros
-Early game shaco is one of the best janglers due to his capability to gank easily due to his q.
-If your team realy needs baron or dragon (not recomended) he is a really easy champ to solo baron or dragon because of his jack in the boxes and ult.

Cons
-Late game shaco tends to fall off.
-Dies easily in team fights.
-Early game is extremely reliant on blue buff (if he is invaded he is basically screwed)

In the jungle Shaco clears out camps with his attack speed and his boxes.

Shaco is one of the best junglers if you know how to play him but he can be extremely useless if you have a bad player on your team.

When the game starts you normally need a relatively strong leash right? Well, not with Shaco. When the game clock hits 1:00 you want to start placing jack in the boxes in the very back of blue buff. When it spawns you should have about 4 boxes there and it pretty much insta kills the golem leaving the lizards as an easy 5 gold and a free level 2 opportunity for ganks.

I dont recommend laning shaco at all, if you are using him jungle or just dont use him.

His passive "Backstab" makes his attacks do more damage if you are behind your enemy.

His q "Deceive" makes Shaco go inadvisable and teleports him in the direction you click and his next basic attack does extra damage.

His w "Jack in The Box" is pretty simple. He places a jack in the box that deals a ton of damage. It has a timer and fears the enemy.

His e "Two-Shiv Poison" is when shaco damages and slows the enemy making a perfect chance for his q to catch up to the enemy and deal some extra damage.
