Not Updated For Current Season
The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
This is a build for Shaco that will literally nuke your enemies. I have loads of experience on this champ, and it works. In 1v1 they'll never know what hit them. The build focuses attack damage and bursting before they even know whats happening. Weaker enemies like mages are easy targets.
You'll always want to surprise the enemy. Your massive attack dmg will ensure that your deceive will deal a huge hit. Your enemy (if unaware) will instinctly be scared and react as an instinct to run away, unaware that they're digging their own grave. While shaco is not only a very hard hero to escape from, because you have a lot of good abilities to catch up with, he does 20% more dmg when people turn their back to him and try to run away. So that moment of terror is very important for his gameplay. But don't just deceive into the middle of everything, pick your fights.
These runes are mainly attack damage for obvious reasons, and also cooldown reduction cause you always want to have deceive ready. Extra crit damage because crit is a very important side of Shaco's gameplay
Boots of mobility makes it easier to dive in with deceive and run like hell when needed. Infinity edge for AD and crits, Two Bloodthirsters to keep you alive while bursting (this makes you near invincible with all that AD). Frozen mallet for a little duration and slow. Slowing enemies that are fleeing will also make more backstabs possible. Phantom dancers for movement speed. This allows shaco to be even more slippery than he already is.
Dive in with decieve. This is way easier with movement speed. Make sure they can't see you when you deceive. This will give you the fatal moment of surprise. Throw a Two-shiv poison for slow. This causes extra damage and the target will be slowed untill its off cooldown thanks to your cooldown reduction. When fighting a strong champ you might wanna pop your ultimate right after your two-shiv. This makes it harder for your enemy to focus and your bloodthirsters will keep you going for quite a while. Weaker targets will be like stealing candy from a baby with all that might damage. You might wanna deceive from a little distance cause the "poof" from your deceive will some times give you away.
Flash is needed no doubt, though you have deceive you will use it to dive in. ignite is good to have in early game cause targets will almost automaticly begin to run, so this is good for getting fed.
So if you follow my guide, mages won't ever dare to go alone, and everyone will have to watch their back, cause this is an almost invincible hero!!
