Introduction

HI everyone i'm PedroVSA from the BR server and this is my first guide, it's heavily influenced by linky317Yummy Rice Top Lane Shen
I do recommend to read his guide firt.
I've been playing Shen for a very good time now and experienced him in top, support AND jungle roles, since lord Shenpai didn't make a Jungle Shen guide, I decided to pass on to people this jungle monster. Hope you learn from it as i did from linky317.

Abilities

Ki Barrier (10 second cooldown)

After casting an abilty, shen gains a shield that scales off his bonus health, whenever his skills affects an ally or an enemy it reduces cooldown.

Twilight Assault

With his ninja prowess, Shen calls his Spirit Blade to him, empowering his next 3 attacks, dealing additional magic damage based on enemy maximum health, if the blade collides with an enemy, the damage will be higher, and you'll gain 50% attack speed for these next 3 hits, also note that this gives you a bit of additional range.

Spirit's Refuge

Shen ninjally primes his blade for the next 2 seconds, if an ally enters the area or the 2 seconds pass, it'll create a protective area for 1.75 seconds blocking any basic attack, this includes abilities infused on autos, such as Darius W, Draven Q, Ashe's Q etc.

Shadow Dash

THIS IS A KEYSTONE ABILITY, Shen will dash in a direction taunting ALL enemies and neutral monsters hit for 1.5 seconds

Also, hitting with Q or E will refund energy.
This is a great part of playing Shen, your main ganking tool and dueling skill, note that if used correctly, you can peel, refocus your team and traverse walls.

Stand United

Welcome to the skill that makes you THE SUPERSHEN, saving lives and all that, while being able to cross the map in 3 seconds. there's so much uses to this, this skill alone can change the whole game.

Masteries

Well, Shen masteries are simple, a 12/0/18, on patch 6.24, the Colossus has been nerfed, but it's still a very good mastery on Shen, you can put grasp of the undying if you want long duels. Exposed Weakness is great as it can REALLY help you feed your laners, Vampirism gives you nice sustain, helps in duels and in your clear, Battle Trance for even more dueling power.
Explorer for quicker ganks, Runic Armor for DAT sustain AND to boost your passive, and Swiftness for avoiding that CC when you gank.

Runes

These Runes give you a nice power early on the game, so you don't need items to gank.
You can swap the quints for MS or AD, but Shen gains more form AS than from AD, since it'll make his Q autos land faster, also, you can change the MR glyphs for CDR.

Summoner Spells

Well, Flash is almost mandatory on Shen, if you want Ghost, take it, but keep in mid that only flash allows Shen to do the most Ninja plays, epic escapes and all that.

Well, Smite is obviously necessary for jungling.

Jungling

Now, let's get to it, Shen will start on the red buff, you can solo it, but ask for a leash, remember maximizing the use of your passive to mitigate damage, if you have enough life, don't smite it, after killing the red buff and getting lvl 2, proceed to the krugs, focus the smaller one and use W and your passive to negate damage, if you still have your smite, smite the ancient krug for HP, now you're lvl 3, have your whole kit, use a potion if you need then take the Rift Scuttler, try to take/ward the enemy Blue buff, then, gank top lane for a First Blood, do what you need(recover life, farm etc.) gank mid, remember, start with your E, then use Q and make it collide with your enemy, focus on farming so that you get lvl 6 soon, amd to finish cinderhulk and boots. Whe you get lvl 6, it's when Shen can do his magic, which's ganking a lane, then instantly ult in the opposite lane and make another gank, this will bug the enemy jungler's mind really nice, also, you can gank top, talk to your bot lane to start a trade, and when you consider the best time, ult on the most focused mate, then use W to cancel enemy ADC damage, taunt him and get a double kill/assist, same thing on mid, you can also make your teammates start dragon/baron and ult on them after pushing a wave, if your top laner is good and pushing the enemy to his tower, give them the Herald, regarding steals, use your E-Taunt, to prevent enemies from attacking the monster and smiting, EZ PZ.
