First build guide ever XD and shen is one of my fave and best champs just thought id share how i play him and see what people think its worked great for me so far haha please look and tell me what you think, this is very basic haha im not making it super pretty sry =D.

The main focus on this build for me at least was to have a decent amount of dmg reduction from both AP and AD and have decent health that way you can take on anything thats thrown at you with out worrying if they will do massive dmg to you or not. Also another focus on this build was to let people know going full tank with shen can be mistake you gotta realize getting AP is a must for shen makes his ult worth it.

Nothing better then ulting in and seeing your shield cover half or more of someones life bar =D then taunting and letting the poor sap who stayed get killed. Like i said first guide this is how i play hope people mite learn something from it and hope i do too.

Picked the runes basic tanky ones effective go together with masteries and items.

Full tank masteries goes well with the runes and items.

Tanky items with some boosted AP so your ult is actualy worth using, locket of the iron solari works well with your ult if used right. Keep in mind you can swap the locket and abyssal scepter depending on if the team is more AP heavy or AD heavy.

some people might wonder why ignite ghost? just my faves ignite gives small boost of ap with masteries and shens dmg isnt realy much besides blade and passive just a little boost to help if u need to fight. Ghost is i prefer it over flash XD makes you feel more like a ninja and is way better for your taunt in my opinion, if you miss your dash if ghost is on youll be able to keep up with em untill cd is up and use for a second try.

I see some people use teleport and to be honest idk why use your ult to get around you cant always save a life with it use it while its up if you wait all game to try and save someone you coulda used it few times before then in most cases.

Flash i dont see a use for you have a dash that should be plenty enough if your smart with it.

Exhaust you have a taunt shouldnt need to slow =p

Like i said i prefer my ghost ignite but thats the thing you pick what works for you i just tell you the reason i like mine =D

This is my personal move lvling thing i do. I find feint doesnt absorb enough dmg to be useful early game so i prefer get a better taunt and max blade for dmg and keeping health up faster and let my tanky items and build take the dmg not feint works for me haha.

PROS:very tanky, able to get away with his dash, his dash is a taunt that can hit multiple targets,ult can be used to :fast travel, gank,and saving lives.

CONS:Your dmg can be low at times

Shen is a great tank lane partner your blade giving heal regen to partner along with your taunt to keep enemies from running. Be aware of your ult and know its not just your lane partner to help its anyone and even if they are not low you can use it to gank or if someones at a turret to go them give a hand at taking it down.

So id like some feedback and maybe ill learn sumtin i never thought of thats the point of this guide so letm e have it idc haha criticism is something good in my eyes.
