Ki Barrier (PASSIVE)
Shen Passive Ability
This is said by most people to be the best tank in the game, I thoroughly agree, Shen is a tank that requires a lot of health, If you just stack armor, You are sure to fail.
He has the ability to heal himself because of his skill Vorpal Blade. This is your main skill when using Shen. If you follow this guide correctly you may end games like this:
17/2/3
or like this
6/4/9
It mainly depends on how your team is, This is not meant to pull teams, If you have a noob teammate feeding throughout the game then read the alternatives I will list.
Enjoy.
This skill should be used as his main attack, It will heal him and his allies while dealing sufficient damage.
Feint.
Feint is a great skill to keep Shen alive and well, If you are taking a good amount of damage be sure to pop this quickly and get out of fire.
Shadow Dash.
Shadow Dash is Shen's taunt skill, This is a good skill to use when near your tower against an enemy, It'll get them attacking you while making the tower then attack them.
Stand United.
Exactly what the name says, Stand United gives you and a teammate anywhere on the map invulnerability while teleporting you to them, This is great when an ally is in trouble.
First off I suggest focusing on the use of your Vorpal Blade skill. Using this on a minion while other minions are low health is pretty efficient healing them as well as damaging.
A rotation i suggest when fighting againt a champion would be
Vorpal Blade, Feint, When they begin to run away use Shadow Dash then Vorpal Blade once more, Broken down
Broken down Rotation
Q,W,E,Q__R (if escaping)
Say Your teammate is running with low health and another enemy is chasing with medium health, You then use stand united on your teammate, This shield him giving time to finally escape while making you teleport to them giving able to finish off the one chasing your teammate, This gives you your chances to down an enemy champion while saving a friendly one.
