It's very good.. I hope I don't need to tell you that AP tf is slightly stronger, but I'm sure you already know that. Just a few tips, 1: mid lane or bot lane? He doesn't need exhaust as much as he needs flash ghost or tp.. He has his own slow and stun, but tp for if he goes to top lane for example and needs to get back to bot/mid, similar to shen
I personally think he should be mid with this build. I prefer it that way but if taken by a better mid, I'd say top lane.
In regards to teleport... ehn i don't like it very much. I play it on tanks sometimes but most of the time I find it to not be a very good spell. Flash and ghost I could see, but generally I don't think they are as effective. Thanks for the support.
