Hello, I'm Tartmeringue and I've made other goofy builds and guides but I made this one specifically to talk about the new Shurelya on Nami, who've I started maining. It's an extremely fun item to use in game and gives you plenty of options on how to engage the enemy/disengage. You can use Shurelya instead of your ult to initiate fights and later use your ult during the fight. Anyway please try this item the speed buff is so much fun and it giving ap and mana regen makes this item viable. Probably not better than Mandate, maybe better than Moonstone, but if you have a very engagey team or just a slow one using this to make them go fast is fun.
