This build gives decent survivabillity, a lot of single target damage, decent AoE, but not being an AD Carry champion. The build exelels at pursuit, and can also be used for jungeling. Summoner spells can vary; good choices are flash (Because it's Flash), Ghost, Exhaust and Ignite. If you find yourself in a game against a lot af either AD, or Massive AP, you can exgange Phantom dancer for another survivabilty item of fiting atribute. I STRESS! this build is for near optimal pursuit and single tagert dmg output.

Pros:
- great jungling and solo top capabitly
- decent AoE in team fights
- Fast lane pushing with W
- great persuit capabilities
- high single target damage
- decent Early survivablitly

Cons:
- mid and late game survivablitly is secrificed for damage
- has trouble laning against high AP damage champions
(can be dealt with by exganging phantom dancer with an adistional Magic resist item)
- can be easilly kited, and ganked.

I take the offence masteries that greatly echance damage output, leaving out additional crit chance, and damage. Afterwords I take a couple points in defence, to try and compensate a little for the low survivability of the item build. If you want to go all out attack with masteries, she will have a hellstorm of burst and sustained damage, but will be extremely squishy at low lvl.
