Jebus McAzn, you don't need to, you run at 398 with boots at start with my build, faster than most other champions even if they have boots, you will catch them no problem. Not to mention when you get boots of speed no one will be getting away from you. Feel free to get the adhesive earlier, but I think it's a waste of a move until later game during teamfights and ganks being more pertinent

I recommend getting Mega Adhesive a bit sooner, just to make chasing low-HP laning enemies a bit easier.
