singed is very good underplayed character, he isnt very good early game so soloing top can be a pain, but about level 7 you start to shine, mid game is where singed is amazing, nothing beats singed in a 1v1 fight mid game, and because of your fast movement speed and mega adhesive you can run around sniping the jungle mobs while also clearing your lane

singed is the best tank farmer in the game, at 9 he can run by mobs and 90% of the time you get the last hit on everyone of them, he takes to long killing dragon tho

fling is singed most usfull move, you can fling an enime right in the middle of your team, or in range of your team for cc, poison trail is like a dummy check, if your ever low and stuck running away for a few seconds you can half health the hole other team, and alot of times getting them all kill because they wanted you died to badly

for singed rushing rod of ages is USUALLY the way to go, but not always, if the other team is very offensive and do ability power at the beginning then get the cloak of spell resistance, if there ad then stick with getting the rod, singed armor scales very well without items and your ult gives you alot of armor
