Chapter 1
Singed is the perfect AP tank. This build will make your "Poisen Trail" DMG about 230, and your "Fling" about 700.
I Used it on custom bots and got 43/0/8 and about the same in Co-op
Singed is great running around from lane to lane helping out his teammates and not dying because of Rylai's Crystal Scepter effect on "Poison Trail".
He's easy to kill with and get tank assist with. His Fling is great for getting escaping enemies back to the fight.
PROS AND CONS
Pros
- Tons of damage, over time
- Alot of mobility
- Strong in lane
- Good farming abilities
- Good in team fights
- Good at keeping enemies in range with slow and fling
- Good at escaping
- Big amount of health because of his passive
Cons
- Expencive items
- Slow damage
- Hard early game
- Very weak (and slow) basic attack
