I played against a lot of Singed and so far never lost to one.
They add speed quints but still in the lane they need to go heal more often.

Hmmm... but who really reads those things anymore? I just think that those quints help with the early game alot for me.

draconix44 - you right but if the player don't know that then he should play Singed.

Mini7 - for the MS quints, I found out that u don't need them after finishing force of nature most of the time you are the fastest player there is without your ult.
About more Balance build and MR, if you look at Alternative Items section you will see I put the massive MR there.
Also most of the time you need to be aware your enemies and what kind of char there playing and how good.
Depending on that information you know what items to buy.
That I can't teach.

What I was thinking was that if an opponent isn't dumb he shouldn't ever chase a singed unless he is very low or it's truly necessary. I also think without ryali's that you miss out the cc during teamfights and sometimes you are the one escaping. I am not questioning you but not always you will be able to farm upto your full build for your very tankish build. (Dumb teammates or mistakes early-game etc)

OutbackIsAwesome - Thank you, about the ryali's it's really great item, but not to singed.
Think, someone is chasing you and there in the poison because you are fast with Boots of Swiftness + Force of Nature.
So if the chasing you and u slow them down, most of the time the stop chasing you and then they wont die or you will be to fast for them.

KoTakUEurO & OutbackIsAwesome - With singed because you really a good tank in late game it's almost impossible to kill you, perserverance is great when you laning alone, keep you a live for much longer time.

And it's hard to test this mastery because you need to die, and usully i die between 0-3 times a game and it's early-mid game.

good hands is much more benificial late game.
