This singed is builded as a long substain, fast, high dmg champ!

My idea is to kill enemies as fast as possible with as much substain as possible!

I wont write that much about it.. just check out the runes, masteries and item build.

A little add to the items build. Why these items you ask?

Boots of Swiftness + ulti gives you a very high advantage in chasing enemies and flipping them back to team.
Combined with Rylai's, your psn will slow enemies when they are flipped, that way they will never be able to escape you.
If they then start to engage you, your psn will also give life due to Will of the Ancients. That way they will have a seriously hard time killing you!

Rod of Ages you need to get fast because of the AP, Health and Mana over 10 mins. Also gives you a long substain on lane.

Then as last items you need Frozen Heart for the Armor, Mana and CD Reduction! So you can late game flip enemies like crazy.
And Rabaddon's for the AP and % AP, which just gives you insane dmg combined with runes, masteries and the other items.
The order in which you purchase Rabaddon's or Frozen Heart is up to you.. Depends on which way the game is going.

The truth is i haven't had the full build yet, cause every time i try, the other team surrenders at 20+ mins.. Try it out and play safe ! ;-)
