This build is for every current or aspiring Singed player that is smart enough to know that an early ap item is not the most effective way to build. Here is my build for a mainly tank singed that deals plenty of damage and can take on anyone. Please try this build before voting/commenting. As with the rest of my builds this build is very subject to change based on preference; especially the runes, masteries, and summoner spells. Please don't down vote just because you want to change these things, this guide is just guidlines for an effective build that I wanted to share. (sorry for any spelling or grammatical errors)

You may think these runes are odd, as did I when I originally heard them. I tried them out and to my surprise they worked like a charm. I think the reasoning behind this rune build is that singed will have a starting health of well over 800 which makes him unstoppable even in his early stages. This ownage continues throughout the game.

Once again my masteries are probably like nothing you have ever seen. They obviously focus almost entirely on defense, with 3 in utility for health and mana regen. The base health increase and the decrease in damge taken plus the speed boost from a dodge are vital. These masteries work!

The wierdest part of my item build is the early Gaurdian Angel, you probably think it is only an item for when the game is turning for the worse and you are dying a lot. Think again it is the best item for tanking in early game and just as effective in tower diving situations. Another bonus is that it makes you tanky without giving you health so enemies will underestimate you. The other item that is highly useful especially late game is the archangles staff. This item gives mana which provides more health due to your passive and it builds on ur passive by also turning your mana into AP. This build is ver flexible and I change it almost every game. I use more AP if the enemy does not have high damge example: another archangels or even a rabadons.
I have a different build that I have only had the chance to use twice, it is for all dps teams and is very effective. It is: Ninja Tabi, archangels staff, frozen heart, frozen heart, archangels staff, frozen heart. This build provides armor, mana, health from that mana, AP, and dodge

I always take fling first for burst damgage and putting enemies in turret range. I only put one evel in slow and level my poion evenly with my fling. Level your ultimate whenever possible.

My personal favorites for summoner spells are clarity and ignite. Clarity for mana because of alack of it until later game and ignite for finishing targets. I have been told to switch clarity for ghost many a time and I have tried it I just prefer Clarity

Singed is one of the best farmers in the game with his poison.

Singed is great in team fights because he can initiate extremely well. He can also deal lots of damage during the fight and survive the longest.
