Ok first of all, stacking Rod of Ages is not at all a good thing on singed. Just because it's on his recommended items and has all waht singed wants (health mana and ability power) Singed is one of the best tanks that can support really well. His fling is hell for dpsers and he should be considered an all out tank. Rod of Ages should only be bought if you are doing bad and you need a substitute for any better tank items early game since it's cheaper and more efficient to buy it after catalyst. I would much rather save two catalysts and focus on tank items. Just my view on playing singed. check out my recent build http://www.mobafire.com/league-of-legends/build/singed-the-ultimate-support-tank-52754

Greater Glyph of Vitality = Why? With your passive, you get double the health from Greater Glyph of Intellect not to mention more mana, which you need early on.

Someone tell me that Rod of Ages doesn't stuck togheder. Simply they reach theyr max cap quicly but 1 or 2 or 99 of those doesn't stuck the "per minute effect".

So i prefer Get the "Catalyst the Protector" then the shoes and finally only one "Rod of Ages".

I have wrote a my build also for this char ^^

more that one ROA is essentially useless, because with how expensive it is the second will rarely ever have long enough to fill let alone the third or the fourth. Your better off with something like archangels staff or the frozen heart.

Item Build costs a lot and may never get finished in an average game, you should take that into account when saying someone should quest for 4 Rods of Ages.

After the first rod of ages, you can choose to skip immediatley to Guardian Angels or Force of Nature, depending on the enemy team and gameplay. I usually don't manage to get a 2nd RoA, instead I take Rylai's crystal scepter. It works fine for me :)!

Trying the build now, but you should add boots to items.
