So don't judge so hard I play singed as a solo topper. He has good harrasment potential vs many champs but like Olaf and Lee Sin they can dodge sing. You should sing the enemy behind you and put poison trail on at the same time. This works very good near your turret. When the enemy has lower hp than you and you are not sure will there come more enemies just run away and hope that they will follow (this works only in low elo).

I would take ghost/flash and ignite. its good vs many champs. But vs Jarvan IV Flash is so good.
