Allow me to explain this simple concept-

Mega Adhesive get a larger range and a longer slow per level. Thus, allows your entire team to catch up to a chaser. Fling just gets higher damage, tanks do not aim for damage but for more CC. fling offers less CC than Adhesive.

Teleport is quite useful over any other summoner because as a tank, you want to in 2 places at once. Cleanse is what ive seen running on other singed players, thats absurd. CC doesnt kill singed.

the idea behind those is that im trying to say-

"Max Q, then W, than E.. getting points in R when you can"

I try to build the Rylais above all. They can't touch you if you run faster.

as salomon said you cant get a level 5 skill into level 9 you should also consider removing thorn and maybe replacing it with frozen heart
