Frozen Heart is unfortunately a bad idea on Sion. You want to take advantage of his HP increasing skill by buying more magic resist and armor. Unfortunately, buying too much tank items will severely screw up his damage output, so it's best to go half and half.

Stark's doesn't help him that much, as you can easily get just as much AS from other items with more.

Try to get more movement speed, as Sion needs to be able to get to the opponent to even be able to do damage. The stun is not enough, as it will expire before you get to the target, and ghost and exhaust will not always be up.

This guide is beast, that early Brutalizer is absolutely killer. I started with a Vampiric Scepter instead of a Long Sword, tho, since it will cancel out the health loss of your Enrage. Additionally, I often more than not find myself maxing the Shield and stun evenly, since the damage mitigation increases nicely on Death's Caress(DC), and you don't really need that extra damage on the stun since your auto-attacks hit like a truck already. I was able to 4-something-shot a Janna in brush even before my partner had arrived to the lane. =3

dis build is not good enough for me ....

Nothing is good enough for you.

I like it and it looks like a killer build. Ill give it a run.

I would have one rank of Caress... It helps farm creeps. Just a personl suggestion

I like the concept behind Sion, as in, massive melee damage from this build, it's all good and fun, the only problem is, you don't survive long enough to deal the damage with this build, and if you replace any item, then you'll just be a useless tank that can't really threaten the enemy or do anything useful besides the stun... so... err... I don't get it...

Thanks, Eoh. Don't sweat it too much about following this guide to the letter; your Atmas adjustment was well thought out. I've found that delaying making the Ghostblade until later works well too.

I've never used Sion before, nor have I tried using online builds before, but I saw your guide on the front page one day and decided to try it. I never thought that I would get the hang of this game till I started using your guide, and now I'm having a lot of fun destroying people with Sion.

This is a screencap from the lobby after my fourth game with him:

My team was down one from the beginning, yet we ended up winning decisively and I had more kills then everyone else in the game combined. I usually end up grabbing Atma's impaler for the large base attack increase (+60 at 3000 hp) crit, and armor for the lower price. I haven't had enough time in a match yet to grab infinity edge or phantom dancer.

It's hilarious to watch the enemy heroes run away from you every time you come charging down one of the lanes at full health/mana. They can't stand the lifesteal from Cannibalism, hate the stun, hate exhaust, and hate Sions in general lol.

Thanks for making such a great guide, I'm really enjoying the game now.
