This build in my Opinion is the Best AP build u can make on Temo. The Focus here is Cooldown Reduction, SO you will be spamming your mushrooms a lot. At level 18 with the Runes and items brings your mushroom cooldown time to about 14 seconds per mushroom. By the time you Finish your evil tomb you should have a few kills early game if played well. End result after deathcap mushrooms will do more than 1k damage per shroom. With that kind of damage why not be able to spam it more? Well this is my guide for temo thank you for reading.
