This is the buid of sivir which I have used since the beginning of this preseason and has worked very well, I must emphasize that it has great potential as in play of lines and the late as the penetration and cooldown reduction sivir makes a prospect to not buy more attack speed based on the ultimate given passive speed you attack using the "W" and instead of doing that type of build we focus on extreme damage.
using only the ability to rebound we can take a great phase of lines with many farm and enough poke since not we worry much contrary skills to defend magic of sivir, to carry out this gameplay can be a support tank or whether a support mid lane which do much harm to stop the enemy and have it at Towerthe ability to rebound can operate as damage to the enemy and damage to turrets since we can combine it to attacking enemy turrets while we produce them damage to its nationals and on the contrary, this combination also can give a closing with the ability of the boomerang already that eveta the subjects out of the tower and you of space for farming freely and haci lead to the destruction of the turret.
the build for sivir may seem somewhat strange or unconventional, but his potential is another, this build already has enough gameplay we can combine the active phantom sword youmuu and the ultimate of sivir as a resource of escape to avoid the focus on you and the excessive damage that can produicir the release of boomerang can remove enemies quickly in a game tardio.acabemos highlighted that the "W" of sivir does not effect of shot But if gives us speed of atacaque and hurt global cooldown reduction produces an activation of skills very fast and repetitive in less than 5 seconds to throw the boomerang and produce great damage and armor penetration we can say that champions as the enemy carry ad may suffer damage of up to more than half of the life without forgetting that this not be able easily to approach fight of team.

-We have damage on enemies regardless of armor
-We have greater mobility and we can withdraw quickly from danger
-We can change the items of attack speed by cooldown reduction and produce more harm
-We have no ground of lifesteal
-difficulties in management of barrier spells that gives us much vulnerability
