Hello Skarner is the best top/mid in new season due to item change
Kindlegem not unique passive anymore
What do you think chance of enemy if you have 90+ - 100 ability haste
Its like 45-51 CDR
Builds look stupid if you think of it but in reality its good
Stacking as many ability haste with kindlegem
3rd skill + auto = stun
And you can beat anyone who are spamming skill like
Riven akali dar , ect and sunfire user
3rd + SS + auto + 3rd + Auto = 5 Sec hard cc in to the towe
