It's actually quite bad.

Why?

Well, first of all, you have no damage with your double pd rush. Sure, u attack pretty fast, but u do no damage. 2nd, wheres ur survivability? Get 1 shotted by any caster. U have ult, i give u that, but they can just cc u and ignite u, then ur screwed.

Just saying, u may wanna work on more of a legit build than a OH IM LEVEL 20 AND I CAN KICK *** WITH TRYNDAMERE LOLOLOLOL

I dont like the ignite and exhaust either. Either spinning through walls or just exhaust 1 champ chasing is your escape so not good either
