Hi ! Hope you all like my build! Its a Snowball build. When you have mejai's soulstealer every kill give you 2 stacks and every assist gives you 1 stack. Mejai's soulstealer has 20 stacks.
In late game you sale deathfire grasp and buy Void Staff or a archangel staff! And if you dont now this you most last hit minions with your Q ability becuse then you get 1 AP! And the combo for veigar is Event Horizone (E) Dark matter (W) and primordial burst (R) If they dont die then just last hit them with your Baleful Strike (Q) Good Luck and have fun ! :D Remember he is small but he is powerful!
