This is my pride and joy... You will be amazed at how difficult you are to kill, and how useful you are in team fights. The following items provide a variety of uses, see below for details... (Please rate with a thumbs up & post a comment with your own success with this build!)

Boots of Swiftness provide the necessary movement speed along with the masteries to get around the map in order to create gank opportunities. It also provides enough of a boost to escape and or catch up to your victoms.

Mejai's Soulstealer is truly one of the best items for Vladimir, it provides a scaling amount of Ability Power, and once you reach 20 stacks the cool down reduction is a great tool.

Leviathan is also one of the best items for Vladimir, as it begins gathering stacks your Health will rapidly increase, which also provides Ability Power, and once you reach 20 stacks you gain 15% damage/spell reduction, which in turn makes you one hell of a demon to fight.

The combination of Leviathan and Mejai's Soulstealer can prove deadly for your enemies, because 1 stack of both together grants you 48 HP and 9.28 AP. If you get 20 stacks it grants 960 bonus HP and 185.6 bonus AP in total.

Rylai's Crystal Scepter need I say more?? Health, Ability Power, and movement speed reduction... Yes Please! The scepter will grant 710 HP and 102 AP instead of 550 HP and 80 AP.

Banshee's Veil is also a must, theres nothing more frustrating than getting stunned right before hitting flash and or sanguine pool. It provides health and magic resistance which are also very useful. Again Health = Ability Power! =)

Randuin's Omen this is the item that will set you apart from other Vladimir's. It provides great damage reduction, it provides 300 Health which also in turn gives you more Ability Power, but the secret is it's Active ability, which slows all enemy units within range, creating the perfect combo for your ultimate and or sanguine pool! =)

Zhonya's Ring if you don't have this item your asking to fail your team, fail at Vladimir, basically fail at life!

Level 18 Stats:
5000+ Health
80% Damage Reduction
60% Spell Damage Reduction
500+ Ability Power
30% Cool Down Reduction
Hyper Movement Speed
