I dislike your items. Lich bane forces you to be in auto attack range, which may be dangerous for lux. Also Iceborn Gauntlet? Don't get Ionian Boots of Lucidity, get Sorcerer's Shoes. Rod of ages isn't so good on lux.

Thanks for pointing out the runes, I have changed it to seal of mana regen.

Ok noted, the point of the cooldown reduction is that in team fights I have to frequently use my skill, the damage-wise there ARE items for it, in total with my build it gives 489 AP. Morellonomicon also gives you not only the cdr but also 75 AP, with the mana regen. Iceborn Gauntlet is not only the cdr, you should land a basic attack after each skill so the 125% bonus damage is applicable, and slowing enemies make sure that even you cannot burst them down in one combo you can catch up, and the cooldown reduction lets you bind them once your q is up.

Too many cd's items, low dmg, that seal of armor is pointless. Lux always stay behind team and if someone come closer then she will die or run with low hp. Lux is dps char with support W skill. Ok, you can spam more with beam with that build, but what do you preffer: harm enemy or kill enemy ? Also without blue buff this build sucks with MP.
