Even for a mage you might want to avoid ap seals. Primary seals will give you much better options--mana regen/5, flat armor, health, etc. Someone with 3k hp and mediocre resistances will get destroyed pretty quickly, and Cho is a burst damage champ because of his cooldowns. If you don't kill someone with your initial burst, you're just going to get burned down before you can do anything about it.

At least consider Zhonya's Hourglass and/or Abyssal Mask to make your health really worth something.

that is an extremely good point i never would have noticed if you wouldn't have said that. That would improve alot more things alot earlier thx for the info

Decent guide, but why are you getting Feast at level 12 instead of level 11? Also, getting Tear before the second blasting wand will allow you to start stacking your archangels up 860 gold earlier. You also need to add BBCode, the Guide Help page under the tools menu can teach you that. Also, copy and paste the whole guide into word, fix the spelling and grammar mistakes, and copy and paste it back into MobaFire.

your skills. I know that you use all of yours skill and you want to level them evenly, but that means you will run out of mana fast.

instead of Rupture for damage, and running away, your build forces you to Rupture and Feral Scream for harass. you won't last in lane ad long as you want to.
