Marks - For runes we have very good magic penetration it's so good at the beginning of game , becouse we can do lots of damage.
Seals - I type cooldowns seals , it can help us so much when we need to fast heal ourselfs or alied champions.
Quintessences - Ap Quit are very important to us in early game.

I type Flash and Clarity , why?
Flash - becouse is so much usfull in every sytuations.
Clarity - Well clarity is so good spell , but if you are laning with someone with Clarity you can take Ignite or Exhaust it will be good too.

In team fights just keep yourself in back of the team and try suuporting with some heal and damage.
When you or your alied champion runing out of enemies just try tu Ultimated them give friend speed buff and run as quickly as you can.
