Start at Wolfs, if Somone would help you it would be very good and will decrease ur health potion usage, have the mid lane pull blue, while fighting the blue use one health potion.
After you have the blue heal urself when going from blue to ghost's kill them go to red and then just kill whatever until ur level 4 and look for possible ganks on any lane, mid is probaly pushed back since they dont fear sona gank. When ganking make sure to have ur passive and that the person on the lane is ready when you come.
