This guide is intended to be for fun, so rather than trying this in ranked, please avoid that and take it into aram, urf, or at least normals where people won't lose LP over a loss. It is also a good idea to do it with friends who are okay with just playing for fun rather than to win. That said, it is a fun build, so don't let that discourage you from trying it out. Also, I almost never play Rammus normally, so don't trust my judgement over players who actually know how to play Rammus.

Please make sure you read the warnings before reading the rest of this guide. I am not an expert with Rammus, so I would NOT recommend trusting me. Basically, the intent of this build is to have fun and go fast. By fast, I mean you don't need tp because you have so much move speed.

I was not the first to come up with the idea of having a guide titled "sonic the armadillo" so don't attribute that to me. This guide is the first one I could find, but it is outdated. Maybe there is something on youtube too, I didn't check. In addition, I have no idea how many other people have made guides similar to this one, but it is probably a common idea.

Honestly, look up someone else's guide for this. The main difference is that Rammus doesn't usually take predator, which I have some notes on before. I don't know what I am doing lol.

Same as above, but you may have a stronger engage with chemtank now. Try ganking more since you can always go back to clearing quite quickly with your Q.

You will have a lot of move speed now. I think you can splitpush more and get away with other things more. See the next section for more details on that.

With this, the main differences when it comes to playstyle are related to your extra movement speed. You are able to do the following:

Secure kills more safely (sort of)
Join teamfights more quickly
contest objectives at a rapid speed
have fun with all of the speed

These are a few things that make the playstyle a little bit different. Try messing with this build if you want to find more.

I don't know for sure, but I think that the movement speed makes splitpushing a bit less risky sometimes. Because of this, it might be a good idea sometimes to allow your laners to take camps in the late game, while you splitpush. Don't trust me on that, I am almost Iron lol. That said, knowing when to splitpush has been one of the things that has prevented me from falling to iron, so learn that.

press ghost and predator, then chemtank and ghostblade, then press Q. Go to your target destination and surprise the enemy team.

I have seen a few times when I try activating an item after I had already pressed Q. I think it is either Chemtank or Predator that cancels the Q, but I am not sure. Make sure everything is activated before pressing Q so you don't cancel it.

League of Legends is a game. Sometimes, it is nice to just care less about winning and more about having fun. That is what I use this build for. Maybe it is griefing, but honestly, as long as you can legitimately say you were trying for the most part, why do I care

I am a college student who made this guide after I had fun playing this build the night before. I probably should be studying for my exam in two days, but procrastination is more fun.

Since this is a move speed Rammus guide, I should put the following warnings. Please do not run it down intentionally. Mistakes happen and understand when others make mistakes, but don't intentionally feed the enemy team. It makes it less fun for everyone.
