it doesnt seem like that big a deal to me, archangel and then locket is a pretty common sequence, and even though the items are costly, i dont believe you should use that against the build. worst case; you dont get all the items and the game ends early.

According to your item sequence, Mobafire says it takes a total of 16.4k to get all those items, most of them over 3k plus. Now I've played a lot of Soraka games in my day, and many of them rarely get close to 10-11k, let alone 16k. I understand it's as a just in case, but to me it's hard to believe a build when I can't believe the item sequence.
