Ability Order

Soraka Passive Ability

Introduction

My build focuses on the talon patch's changes to soraka.

Runes

I Chose magic penetration marks simply because her damage output is just insane with starcall now, which is also why i chose cooldown reduction glyphs for starcall as well to make it an even better advantage to your lane. Seals you can go with mana regen or Flat armor and quints the 15 ap for the extra ability power

Masteries

With masteries i go with 9 offence spell pen, and Utility going flash and clairvoyence spells.

Items

The main Must have items you need for soraka are: Rylies, Aegis, Abyssal, beyond that i like the frozenheart for extra defence and will of ancients for the aura and constant heals for yourself so you dont have to worry about healing yourself all the time. you could also build more tanky or more ap depending on what is working and if your dieing.

Summary

Basically this build makes you into an amazing ap carry/support with starcall doing continuous damage while reducing their mr you also give your team great aura's and are able to take a few hits. overall I love this build and will use it forever. Or untill they nerf her ^^
