Brand
He is nothing but damage. Go relic, play super safe and hope jungle ganks. Build boots first
Braum
Braum is easy to poke out. Watch the map for jungle and go mikials at some point to counter his passive
Alistar
Probably the easiest match up for raka. She can poke him out and the only thing she really needs to watch is for a flash combo from him into the enemy team.
Janna
Doesn't deal a ton of damage, watch for her roams and be ready to ping for it.
Karma
Bait out her mantra q and poke her when its down
Leona
One of the worst match-ups. Go relic and play super safe, hope your jungle can gank and build mikials. Build boots first
Lux
Her poke can be very annoying early, if you aren't confident go relic shield and bait her q and e out. Build boots first
Nami
Do not trade with her unless her w (bouncing water) is on cd since she will heal off anything you do to her.
Neeko
You have more range than her early, keep an eye out for her ult later and never get too close when her root is up.
Lulu
Lulu is a safe enchanter, dodge her q and watch out for her polymorph and ult
Morgana
Play safe and watch out for her root/ult and try to bait her black shield
Pantheon
Play safe early and watch out for bush cheese. If you are scared go relic and outscale him.
Pyke
Play safe, build relic and be ready to silence him if he jumps onto your adc. You can cuck him from his ult with a well timed R. Rushing tier 2 boots isnt a bad idea
Rakan
You can poke rakan out in levels 1 and 2 but once he hits 3 watch out for a w+e combo and poke him at max range.
Rell
She is all cc no damage, and breaks your arey shields. Play safe, go relic if youre not confident and build miks to counter her cc. Tier 2 boots rush are a good idea
Senna
Senna will quickly outrange you, poke her when her q is on cd and be careful with her global ult and aoe root
Seraphine
Seraphine is annoying but not horrible. She pokes but you can sustain through a lot of it, just watch out for her root and low hp damage.
Sona
Sona wants to poke you, poke her back and heal back her poke.
Swain
Swain has less range than you but his roots hurt and so does his ult so just back off and poke.
Taric
You outrange him, just watch for his passive damage.
Vel'Koz
He can poke you and be annoying but you can silence his ultimate and make him cry.
Vex
Vex can be scary if she dives, just watch for who she marks with ulti and silence at their feet when she jumps.
Xerath
He outranges you so probably buy relic and tier 2 boots and try to dodge his poke.
Yuumi
Fuck this piece of shit run ignite and cry.
Zilean
His ult and stun can be annoying, try to bait it out and maybe rush boots.
