My goal is to create ultimate support AND dmg Soraka with good survivability.

I wont be describing how to lane with this champ. Shortly said: PLAY DEF, DONT INITIATE, KNOW ZONING.

I wont be describing deep-in playing strategy for this champ. This build is for experienced soraka players to make them even better.

The reason Ive made this build is simple. I couldnt find any better working one. (IMHO)

This build is rune dependant!

Looks terrible, but chill :) We just need those CDR glyphs for 40% CDR cap.
USE EXACTLY THIS NUMBER OF GLYPHS! (4x focus, 5x celerity) or u wont have 40% at lvl 18.

The rest is upto u. Ive chosen dodge seals and movement quints for better survability, ArPe marks for better early game harras and late game lich bane pwn (will explain later).

21 def masteries for survivability, 9 off for CDR and extra MPen. Nuff said.

Heal is (IMHO) a must for soraka. Try it ingame and ull see it can save ur/teammates butt many times.

Ghost for chasing/running away. Simple and useful. U lack of escape mechanism and this can rly help. Better than flash cause with ghost u can chase enemy and spam ur Q on him.

Start with W for heals (duh)
Lvl 2 E - so u can recharge mana
Lvl 3 E - grabbing rank 2 of E at lvl 3 proved to me better strategy than taking W.
Lvl 4 W - fitting heals
Lvl 5 E - fitting mana regen
At lvl 6 ofc ulti.
At lvl 7 take W again so u can heal effectively.
From lvl 8 start investing pts to Q so u can farm well.
Lvl 9 Q
Lvl 10 Q - why rank 3 Q? Its just best for early-mid game farm. Proved well ingame (for me).
At lvl 11 ulti again.
Lvl 12 W - better heals
Lvl 13 E - u need more mana for those heals
Lvl 14 W - even better heals
Lvl 15 E - those heals dare to cost more mana again!
At lvl 16..guess what..ulti.
Lvl 17 Q - even better farming
Lvl 18 Q - ultimate farmer

This build cost exactly 15770 Gold. Whoa!

BUT :
Soraka can farm extremely well
and
Ull be good even without second rabadon and that kickass lich bane. In fact, in majority of games, u wont be able to buy these (ur team will win too fast)

Start with dorans cause it gives hp, starting ap and mana regen.

Mercury boots for (my favourite word) survivability. U dont need CDR ones cause u got runes. Tenacity and MR is worth it.

Spirit shroud for CDR and its passive. It goves u more health pool and MR. Item designed for soraka.

Morellos tome for CRD to have 40% cap. I consider mejai too risky. Plus a bit more mana regen.

Two rabadons for AP. Its worth it.

The last item and unique of this build, replacing dorans, Lich bane. Lemme explain:
As soraka, u have to stack ap for effective healing.
As soraka, ull spam spells.
Got it already?
This item gives u over 600 free dmg every 3rd sec applied on auto attack.
Why not?

Hope this will help u to be ultimate support and noticable dmg dealer.
