hey um this is my 4th build? ANYWAYS if this is the first time your reading my builds then lemme tell you something

Soraka is probley the most BEST support. She can heal + give 100 magic resist to the person she heals. Give many to her and her teammate. Her starcall takes away the enemy's magic resist and it STACKS!. Plus her utl can save lifes

PROS
-great babysiter
-awesome saving of lives
-can make sure no1 recalls for hp/mp
-silience and mana for FREE
-utl is globel
-Great to get rid of farm creeps (only do if no1 else is here

Cons
-squishy >.>
-is a unicorn?
-cant really attack in team fights if you dont spam q
-sometimes has to choose between mana and slience

good support DO NOT ks or farm. That's for your party to do. Make sure (s)he does it. Only heal when hp is past 3 quaters becuz every1 have heal regen and that's prob enough. your e is good/bad. It's free but you have to decied mana or silence?

teleport
-good to get into a lane
-fast way to get into a team fight if your far away

Clairvoyance
-can see the enemy in bushes and which lane their going in
-can see there items if u want O-o
-check baron/dragon

i max your heal out first it's going to give ur team ALOT of magic resist if maxed out. Your mana/sileince is wanted to max out next. It does it for FREE. Your Q is last, I know that is reduces enemy magic resist and it stacks but think would u rather save a life or spam like hell?

Marks - magic pentration to peirce threw
Seals - going to probley aim for you if u dont have a carry
Glyph - AP for AP?? >.<
