Against a heavy dps team you can switch the greeve's for ninja tabi.
Buy potions when you fell the need but don't use too much gold you will need it for the build.
As the sixth item you can deside meabye..
a Tiamat - to farm faster / for team battles.
a Last Whisper - to bring down tanks easier.
a Executioner's calling - to take down healer's runner's and other life stealer's.
a Sword of the divine - for Jax.
And so on..

Early alpha for harasment.
Go with meditate earlyer if faced with aggresive range champ.
Ofc dont use ulti too get to the enemy.
Get lizard before gank its alot more easy
and if your focused in a team fight meditate if your team has good dmg. (or run)

Pretty easy.
Exhaust - yi doesn't have a stun. (if you plan on getting frozen mallet pick something else)
Teleport - to backdoor.
Other choises.
Ignite - to get the early dmg boost.
Ghost - be the fastest you you can be.
Flash - in combination with alpha strike it can give great range and help with escaping.

- No Stun Slow Air Root Snare Or other
