Well this is a short Teemo guide, nothing special, i find that everything (runes, ranked play, pros/cons, creeping jungling and farming) is great explained in this guide (http://www.mobafire.com/league-of-legends/build/get-me-teemo-over-here-with-a-blowgun-82617), so I don`t have the need to explaint it again.

So Teemo is annoying little bastard, isn`t he? Well he is but he can be tricky to play with, but I discovered this build that really gets Teemo over-powered myself, and wanted to share it with you, hopping it will help you too.

So let`s get right on business shall we?

For the beginning I take Health potion and Amplifying Tome which grants me decent starting amount of AP, that I use for harassment (Blinding dart and Toxic shot). After this I get the Berserker`s Greaves for that badly needed AS. Now that I have enough AS, the thing that is missing is power of my toxic shot. So I build Malady. Than I get Rabadon`s Deathcap. Finaly comes the item that fits the most on teemo, and at the same time stacks with malady, and that is Madred`s Bloodrazor. Next thing I need is life-steal, just enough that can heal me when enemy champions aren`t around. Now the power I got can`t quite damage all the opponents, some are tanky and have stacked armor, so I get black cleaver to fix the problem for me. In the same time I get some more AS. Now that I have the edge in the battle I upgrade my healing by getting Bloodthirster, which in the same time adds more dmg.
Optional: at the end I replace berserker`s greaves with phantom dancer, increasing my as, getting some crit, but loosing 30 ms which isn`t noticed thanks to my ability (move quick).

I use clarity because:
1) Teemo uses A LOT of mana, and I need to cover it somehow.
2) I don`t feel like running into my base every 2 mins for a recharge or wasting gold on mana potions.

I use flash because:

1) Well it`s a great escape mechanism
2) Helps you chase enemy down
3) Increases your surprise element

On Teemo I also recommend using:
1) Exhaust (use 1 mastery point to improve exaust first) if you have trouble chasing down the enemy.
2) Ignite (Gets you that finishing damage if you aren`t shore that your poison will get him
3) Teleport (Great for quick recharge and farming)
