Rumble is a personal favorite of mine. He is the tankiest mage around, he'll lay down fire and get away without a problem. I build him as a good tank/mage. He has about 4k hp, 170 armor and 150 mr. He by far is no squishy mage. If you notice from any matches you fight him in, if someone focuses on tanking or ap too heavily he is pretty easy to counter. Which is why since day 1 i built him as a tanky mage. Other than swain, no other mage really does this well.

I start with a Doran's Shield to have 700+ hp, which early game is beastly and gives you some well needed armor. After you get the first 5 items on my list, I sell it for Atma's Impaler, which gives you a little more armor and makes you deal good damage with your auto attacks, with this you can back door or solo turrets when you overheat. Against buildings, you're a little lacking, though you will kill most champs no problem. Between Ryleths and you're harpoon no one can escape without luck and skill.

Pros

* He's riding a robot. That shoots fire and rockets. AND HARPOONS. *******.
* He's a tanky caster. Who else is a tanky caster? Swain?? Swain is worm food by the time you're done with him.
* He can slow you down like a no other. Just try getting away from this guy.
* Great push beginning game
* Overheating

* You gotta be up close and personal most of the time.

* not full mage so cant instant shut down
