Hey, I want to know tips about using Braum's spells. For example, is there any mana problem when spamming E in every trade? And what do you do if enemies play around E cooldown? (Trade when it's down and back when it's up) Also, Riot said in release that jumping in the middle of the enemy team with W on a ally is good because of E, then Q and autos. Does this build make you tanky enough? (It has so much utility)

There's not really a mana problem when using your E on Braum as it only costs 30 mana early game. The cooldown however is really long, 18 SECONDS! Braum's biggest weakness is poke because he can use his shield to reduce the incoming damage but leave him and his adc vulnerable. Or he can save it for potential fights but take more damage from poke. Braum is really situational so it's up to you whether or not to use it. As for his W, its not just a jump to an ally. It also provides you and your target with decent armor and magic resist. I love Braum because as you said he has so much utility. This build makes you tanky as long as you build according to the enemy teams composition.
